Supported Plugins on the Frame Platform

Frame includes a carefully selected set of plugins to support common needs, vetted for security and performance, and most are supported directly by the Frame team.

What Is a Plugin?

Think of your website like a smartphone. Out of the box, it can make calls, send messages, and browse the internet — but apps let you do so much more. Plugins work the same way for your website. They're add-ons that extend what Frame can do, adding features like event calendars, contact forms, image search, and more without requiring any coding knowledge.

Because Frame is built to make online ministry presence simple for Adventist churches and schools, we've taken care of the research, testing, and installation for you. The plugins included on Frame have been hand-selected for security, reliability, and the specific needs of ministry websites — so you can focus on sharing your message rather than managing software.

List of Installed Plugins

Below is a list of the plugins included in the platform, their license status, and a brief overview of what they’re used for. We will continue to update this page as more plugins or documentation become available.

Admin and Site Enhancements (ASE)

The ASE plugin provides backend enhancements and performance optimizations to improve the admin experience. While it is active on all Frame sites, its settings are centrally managed and cannot be changed by users.

Need Something Else?

Users can not add plugins directly themselves. In short this is to improve safety, reliability, and support across sites—you can learn more about that here. However, we're happy to consider adding plugins upon request.

We’re working on a Plugin Request system. Until then, feel free to reach out to our Support team with suggestions and a description of the functionality you're seeking.

Note: Not all plugin requests will be approved, but your input helps shape the platform’s future.
