Copy Blocks Between Pages

Copy and paste content blocks from one page to another.

When content should be displayed on multiple pages, copying blocks from one page to the other can save editing time. Let's discover how to copy and paste content onto another page.

Step 1: Navigate to Source Page

Navigate to Pages under your dashboard and go to the page where you want to copy the blocks from.

Step 2: Edit Page

Press Edit under that page.

Step 3: Open Document Overview

Click on the Document Overview button.

Step 4: View Blocks

Under List View, you'll see the blocks on this page.

Step 5: Select Blocks

Find the blocks of content you wish to copy. Select one of the blocks and hold Shift to select multiple blocks.

Step 6: Copy Blocks

Right click, then press Copy, or use Control+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac.

Step 7: Navigate to Destination Page

Navigate back to the list of pages. Find the page where you want to add the copied blocks and open it.

Step 8: Paste Blocks

Use Control+V or Command+V to paste the copied blocks.

Step 10: Adjust Placement

Click and drag the blocks in the document overview to change where the blocks go, if necessary.
