1. Create a New Page
From your Frame Dashboard, go to Pages → Add Page.
A blank page editor will open.
At the top, enter a title for your page — for example: Home, About Us, or Welcome.
2. Add Content Using Blocks
WordPress uses blocks to add and format content. Every piece of content (text, images, headings, buttons, etc.) is a block.
Click into the empty space where you want to add content.
Click the + icon to add a block.
Choose the type of block you want:
Paragraph — add text
Heading — create section titles
Image — upload or select a picture
Button — create a call-to-action link
Slash Commands: Simply type / on a new line to search for blocks by name.
For example, typing/imagewill let you insert an Image block instantlyBlock Inserter (Blue Plus Icon): In the top-left or upper-right corner of the editor, click the blue + icon to open the full Block Inserter panel. This displays all available blocks, organized by type (text, media, design, widgets, etc.). From here, you can drag and drop blocks directly onto your page

3. Customize the Page Layout (Optional)
You can change settings for a selected block using the Blocks menu on the right hand side.
Settings — different options for each block, but can adjust size, adjustments for mobile, filters, etc.
Styles — different options for each block, but can adjust font size and color, padding, background colors, etc.
You can also group blocks to control spacing and layout:
Group — bundles blocks together to move or style them
Columns — create side-by-side layouts
Cover — add a hero banner with image + text
These help create a clean, structured page design.
4. Preview Your Page
Before publishing, you can see how your page will look to visitors.
Click Preview at the top-right.
Choose Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile views.
Make adjustments as needed.
5. Publish Your Page
Once you’re happy with the page:
Click Publish (top-right).
Confirm by clicking Publish again when prompted.
Your page is now live!
6. View Your Page on the Website
After publishing, click the blue View Page button
You can also restore or edit the page later by going to Pages → All Pages.
