Troubleshooting
If you see an error related to reCAPTCHA when using a form on your Frame site, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
1
Check Your Google reCAPTCHA Keys
Log in to your Google reCAPTCHA admin console. Make sure you are using the correct site key and secret key for your website. The version (v2, v3, etc.) should match what your site or plugin expects.
2
Verify Domain Allow List
In the Google reCAPTCHA admin console, confirm that your website's domain (e.g., yourchurch.org) is listed in the allowed domains. If not, add it and save changes.
3
Review Error Messages
If a specific error message appears (such as 'ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key'), use it to guide your troubleshooting. Search the Google reCAPTCHA help pages for details.
4
Contact Support if Needed
If you have checked your keys and domain, contact Adventist Connect support and include details of the error message and what you have tried.
Always use the correct reCAPTCHA version (v2, v3) as required by your form or plugin. You only need to activate one or the other to use reCAPTCHA on your forms.
