Access Support Through Top Dashboard Bar
You can now access all of these options by accessing it through "Support" located in the top menu that appears when logged into the Frame platform. Hoover over this option to see all of our support options:
Check Knowledge Base
Check our Knowledge Base to see if there is a solution to what you are looking for. Use keywords to search for information, e.g. domain, block, edit page, featured image, catalog, bulletin, calendar.
Use Need Help Chat
Use the orange Need Help button available from your editing dashboard to ask a question. Try to provide as much detail about what you are trying to do or what question you have.
Send Details to Support Team
If you need further assistance, you can contact our support team by clicking the Support button next to your User menu.
Selecting Email Support will draft an email to the Frame support team.
