To automatically generate titles from post type fields, start by ensuring your post type (such as church assignment) has a relevant field group set up.
Identify Fields in Group
Check the field group for your post type. For example, in the church assignment post type, the fields are directory item and church.
Mark Field for Title
Go to the Presentation tab of the field you want to use in the title. Set its class to acf-title-part. This marks the field to be included in the auto-generated post title.
As a result, when you fill in the marked fields, the post title (such as for church assignments) will be automatically populated using the values from those fields when saving a new post of that type.
