Log into your WordPress Dashboard
Begin by logging in to your WordPress admin area.
Navigate to the Export Tool
In the left-hand menu, hover over Forms and click on Import/Export.
Choose the Export Option
On the Import/Export page, select the second tab labeled Export Forms.
Select the Form(s) to Export
Check the box next to the form(s) you want to export.
You can also choose Select All to export every form on your site.
If you're sending a form to support, be sure to export only the form related to your support request.
Download the Export File
Click the Download Export File button. This will generate and save a .json
file containing all the settings and structure of your selected form(s).
Pro Tip: Store the downloaded file in a secure location so you can easily access it later if needed.
