When you correctly point your custom domain to Frame’s servers and it has been successfully added to your site, our system will automatically:
Generate a valid SSL certificate
Enable HTTPS for secure browsing
Renew the certificate automatically before it expires
No Manual Action Needed
There’s no need for site admins or webmasters to manually purchase, install, or renew SSL certificates—Frame handles it all.
If You’re Not Seeing HTTPS
If your site isn’t loading securely:
Double-check that your custom domain is pointed correctly to Frame
Make sure the domain has been added to your site through Support
Wait up to 24 hours after setup for the certificate to be issued
If problems persist, contact Adventist Connect Support
If You receive a "Site not found" Error (503 error)
Double-check that your custom domain is pointed correctly to Frame
Double-check that your domain is still active through your domain host
Contact Adventist Connect Support, the SSL may need to be reset by our team
