Password Reset Methods

Method 1: Using the "Lost Your Password" Feature

1. Navigate to your ministry's website's login page

   • URL: https://yourministry.org/login

2. Click on the "Lost your password?" link located below the login fields

3. Enter either:

   • Your username

   • The email address associated with your account

4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link

5. Click the password reset link in the email

6. Create a new, strong password

   • Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters

   • Include numbers and special characters

   • Aim for at least 12 characters

Method 2: Direct Password Change (for Administrators)

If you have administrative access:

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard

2. Navigate to Users > All Users

3. Click on your username

4. Scroll to the "New Password" section

5. Click "Generate Password" or manually enter a new password

6. Verify the password strength indicator

7. Click "Update User" to confirm the change
